The Revv D25 Combo in Emerald also convinces with direct tube tone

A tube combo that finds its place at home, on stage, and direct to the mixing desk: the Revv D25 Combo in Custom Emerald Finish is built for guitarists who take their clean foundation seriously. Building on the D20, it combines a single channel with a switchable gain boost and reverb. The striking Emerald finish also makes this version just as recognizable to look at as the D25 is to use. Plug in your pedals, turn up the volume, and you have an amplifier that doesn't demand one fixed way of playing.

The D25 moves from clear, touch-sensitive cleans to the edge of breakup. The 6V6 power section gives chords body and allows dynamics in your right hand to remain audible, while the gain boost gives the amplifier an extra push when a phrase needs more grit. The built-in reverb adds space without the immediate need for an extra pedal. Through the Celestion Vintage 30, you hear the combo directly in the room; with the integrated Two notes technology, you can also send out a simulated speaker tone via XLR. That is convenient when you want to hear the sound on stage while simultaneously needing a usable direct signal.

Technically, this is a full tube amplifier with two 12AX7 preamp tubes and two 6V6 power tubes. It delivers 25 watts, with a switchable 5-watt mode for situations where less power is desired. The 12-inch Celestion Vintage 30 serves as the built-in speaker. For tone control, there is a three-band EQ along with volume and level controls; the switchable gain boost and digital reverb expand the range of the single channel. On the back, there is a buffered effects loop and a mono XLR output with reactive load and impulse responses. The available information mentions six virtual cabinets and optional MIDI support for up to 128 presets. This allows you to use a familiar tube combo without having to bring a separate load box for direct playing.

Are you looking for a compact Revv guitar amplifier that responds sensitively to your playing while being flexible enough for recording and performing? Come and hear how this Emerald D25 performs with your guitar and pedals.
