Delivery is expected in late 2026 or early 2027. This schedule is an indication and is subject to change.

Precision with room to move: the PRS Tekton T Violet Tourmaline combines the modern Tekton platform with a two-point tremolo bridge. This allows you to choose the same purposeful ergonomics and contemporary specifications, but with extra possibilities to color your playing. The name Tekton refers to the Ancient Greek word for craftsman or builder. The mahogany solidbody with a figured mango top and Shallow Violin top carve fits well with that concept. Shaped contours and improved access to the highest frets make this electric guitar a comfortable partner for studio sessions and performances.

The two PRS Stylus humbuckers were developed specifically for the Tekton family and emphasize articulation, clarity, and character. Clean parts retain their detail, while overdriven chords and fast passages remain clearly defined. Furthermore, the pickups feel at home in front of a tube amplifier as well as in a digital modeling setup. The split-pickup positions are also designed as full-fledged tonal options. With the volume control, push/pull tone control, and three-way blade pickup switch, you can move between different sounds. The tremolo bridge provides room for subtle vibrato and expressive pitch movements.

The 25.5-inch scale length, the ebony fretboard with a 16-inch radius, and the 24 PRS stainless steel jumbo frets form a purposeful foundation for technical and expressive playing. The maple neck has a Modern D profile that feels slim but offers sufficient grip. Offset Dot inlays and blue Luminlay side dots help with orientation. Instead of the fixed bridge of the standard Tekton, the Tekton T has an RS Two-Point Tremolo with a steel bridge plate and brass saddles. PRS Phase III Locking Tuners and a PRS Double-Acting truss rod complete the equipment.

Do you want to combine the precision of the Tekton with the expressive possibilities of a tremolo? This Violet Tourmaline Tekton T gives you both and comes with a PRS Premium Gigbag.
