Insanely chic Macon Vintage from master builder Patrick James Eggle!
The Macon Junior by Patrick James Eggle is one of our favorite guitar models. This "stripped" version of the Macon, without a maple top and a slightly rougher appearance, is a perfect mix between impressive craftsmanship and Mojo. This Macon Vintage was specially built for the Guitar Summit 2024 and is a real eye-catcher. The Nitro Aged Blonde Finish and Roasted Flame Maple neck are the first things that stand out. If you look a little longer, you will discover the very chic binding around the body. The ebony fingerboard with its 12" radius not only looks beautiful; it makes the neck of this Macon a true dream under your fingers. Tonally, this Macon Vintage does more than justice. The combination of the Mojo humbucker and P-90 gives you a wide palette of low-output, clear sounds. The humbucker has a nice, subtle compression and has a very impressive split coil mode. The P-90 is wide open and extremely dynamic - ideal for dirty, dangerous blues! This Macon comes with a luxury TKL case.
