This pedal is a full analog recreation of the signal path of the iconic Ampeg SVT, one of the most beloved and influential bass amplifiers ever built. Origin Effects has meticulously analyzed and replicated every detail of the original circuit, from the tube preamp to the characteristic compression and harmonic distortion of the power amp.
The sound of the BassRig Super Vintage is warm, organic, and full of character. The characteristic SVT overdrive responds directly to your playing style: playing softly yields a subtle tube-like warmth, while hitting harder delivers the rich, full overdrive for which the SVT is legendary. The extensive EQ section gives you full control over the tone, while the DI output allows for direct connection to a mixing console.
The BassRig Super Vintage features an extensive EQ section, a Blend knob, and a DI output. Connect via Input, Output, XLR DI-out, and 9V DC In. Compact, robust, and ready for immediate use on any pedalboard.
