The Warm Audio Dirty Boy Jr makes your amplifier work harder without losing its character

The Warm Audio Dirty Boy Jr Booster is based on the boutique Ball Buster circuit from Dirty Boy. This all-analog boost pedal gives your guitar signal up to 10 dB of extra level and is designed to musically push the front end of an amplifier. At lower settings, the tone remains open and clear, while higher gain provides natural compression, British breakup, and eventually a ragged, almost fuzz-like saturation.

The response is immediate and touch-sensitive. Play softly and the sound remains controlled; hit the strings harder and the amplifier pushes back noticeably. The Treble control ranges from transparent presence to a pronounced vintage British bite. Bass adds focused low-end without making chords muddy. With the H-M-L Freq switch, you can further fine-tune the low-end: tight for rhythm parts, balanced for general use, or fuller for thick leads. This makes the Dirty Boy Jr work with a wide range of guitars, amplifiers, and other pedals.

Controls consist of Gain, Treble, Bass, and a three-position H-M-L Frequency switch. The pedal features a 6.35 mm instrument input and amplifier output, true bypass, and runs on a standard 9-volt center-negative power supply. The metal enclosure measures approximately 12.2 x 5.1 x 6.5 cm and weighs 0.27 kg. A compact analog booster for those who want to get more dynamics, drive, and control out of their existing amplifier.
