The Laney Ironheart Foundry Dualtop gives two channels each their own gain and volume

Keep two different guitar settings at hand without carrying a large amplifier top: the Laney Ironheart Foundry Dualtop combines a compact design with 60 watts of transistor power. Each channel has its own Gain and Volume control, so you can, for example, match a calmer sound and a heavier setting. In addition, this Foundry top offers built-in reverb and a DI output with switchable cabinet emulation. This gives you various options to use your sound, via a suitable speaker cabinet or as a direct signal for an external installation.

The separate channel controls make it easy to determine the difference in overdrive and level. With the Bright-, Natural- and Dark-voicing, you choose a sound direction that suits your guitar, after which the passive three-band tone stack offers room for further tone adjustment. The adjustable pre-boost gives extra influence on the input drive. For a spatial accent, there is Springline Reverb, based on the Secret Path algorithm. This way you can keep a riff dry and direct or give a melodic part a bit more atmosphere, without immediately connecting a separate reverb effect for that.

The Dualtop delivers 60 watts RMS and has a low-power mode of less than 1 watt for use at a lower level. That reduces the power, but does not automatically make playing through a speaker cabinet quiet. The XLR DI output uses IR-based cabinet emulation that you can switch on and off. In addition, there is a speaker output, a transformer-isolated effects loop, a 3.5mm stereo AUX input and a 3.5mm stereo headphone output. The included 24V power supply is center-positive and supports a line voltage of 100 to 240 volts. For use with the speaker output, choose a suitable separate guitar cabinet.

Are you looking for a compact guitar amplifier top with which you can prepare two sounds and also connect directly? The Laney Ironheart Foundry Dualtop brings channel control, reverb and cabinet emulation together. Grab your guitar and discover how to match your rhythm and lead sound.
