The G&L Fallout Bass is one of the most underrated short-scale basses on the market. Built on Leo Fender's legacy and imbued with typical G&L quality, this bass offers a playability and versatility not always expected from an instrument in this class. The compact 30" scale makes it particularly suitable for bassists with smaller hands or for guitarists looking to make the switch, without compromising on sound.

The G&L Magnetic Field Design humbucking pickup is the beating heart of this bass. Thanks to the 3-position mini toggle, you can switch between parallel, split, and the surprisingly powerful OMG mode, covering a wide range of tones: from warm and round to biting and present. Leo Fender's own Saddle Lock bridge ensures excellent sustain and stable intonation, while the G&L tuners with tapered string posts provide smooth tuning stability.

The body is crafted from Poplar, the neck from Hard Rock Maple with a choice of a Maple or Rosewood fretboard. The CLF/G&L slim C-neck profile with a 9 1/2" radius sits comfortably in the hand and makes long playing sessions effortless. The electronics include volume and tone controls in addition to the pickup selector switch.

This instrument is in very good condition. There are minor signs of use visible, as you would expect from an instrument that has been played, but there are no prominent damages or dents. All parts are completely original. Before shipping or collection, the bass will be inspected and, if necessary, set up by our technician.
