Black on Alder with an Indian Rosewood fretboard and Classic T pickups that need no explanation

The Suhr Classic T Black is a T-type guitar that tells its story without fuss. Black on Alder, Maple neck, Indian Rosewood fretboard, and two Classic T pickups. No burst, no aging, no extras. Just a guitar that sounds and plays the way a T-type should sound and play. The Alder body gives the guitar a balanced tone with a bright attack and a distinct twang that sounds direct and honest.

The Maple neck with an Indian Rosewood fretboard and 60's C Vintage Standard profile (.810"-.930") plays familiar and comfortable, with 22 medium Stainless Steel frets, dot inlays, and a 9"-12" compound radius. Two Classic T pickups via a 3-way switch with volume and tone. The Wilkinson 3-saddle bridge gives the guitar an authentic vintage feel and sustain. Suhr locking tuners, 25.5" scale, 3.47 kg weight, includes gig bag.

The Classic T pickup is Suhr's interpretation of the classic T-type single coil: bright, direct, and with a distinct attack that is ideal for twang, country, and blues, but also works well in a rock context. In the bridge position, it cuts through any mix; in the neck position, it sounds warm and full. Exactly what you would expect from a T-type.
