The Laney Lionheart Foundry LF60-112 brings dynamic guitar tone from home to the stage
Clear chordal tone and a powerful lead sound from a single, straightforward combo: the Laney Lionheart Foundry LF60-112 makes it easy. This 60-watt solid-state amplifier translates the character of the Lionheart tube series into an analog design with two channels and a 12-inch HH speaker. You don't need an app or screen to dial in your sound. Weighing just 9.4 kg, it is also easy to take to a rehearsal. At home, you can switch down to less than 1 watt, allowing you to explore the same tonal options at a lower volume.
The clean channel provides a warm, clear foundation for chords and your own effects pedals. The lead channel adds overdrive for blues, heavy riffs, and rock solos. The analog circuitry is designed to respond dynamically to your playing, so the way you play remains audible. With the built-in boost, you can add extra edge to a clean sound or push an overdriven tone further into lead territory. The digital spring reverb uses Black Country Customs' Secret Path algorithm to add a spacious spring reverb sound.
The LF60-112 features an 8-ohm HH-designed H1260 12-inch speaker, a passive three-band EQ, and an additional Tone control. On channel two, you can further adjust the character with the Bright and Dark settings. The effects loop allows you to place, for example, a delay after the preamp. Via the stereo AUX input, you can play along with music; the speaker-emulated headphone output is suitable for practicing with headphones and sending your sound for recording or amplification via a PA. The FS1-MINI for reverb and FS2-MINI for boost and channel selection are optionally available.
From your first own clean and lead sounds to a complete setup with pedals: this Lionheart Foundry gives you plenty of room to find your sound, without complicated controls.
