The Sandberg California TT4 Superlight in Natural lets the wood speak for itself. No burst, no color – just the pure, untreated beauty of the Paulownia body in its most honest form. Lightweight, open in tone, and direct in character: this is a bass for the bassist who knows what they want.
The Sandberg Blacklabel pickups deliver a versatile tonal palette with characteristic T-style clarity and bite. The 2-band EQ gives you direct control over your sound in both studio and live situations. The Pau Ferro fretboard plays smoothly and quickly, with a clear attack that works particularly well in complex musical contexts.
The neck is made of Canadian Hard Rock Maple in a 6-piece laminated construction, stable and consistent in all conditions. With 22 frets on a 34" scale, a 14" radius, and Sandberg Classic chrome tuners, the playability is exactly what you would expect from a Sandberg. The black pickguard and chrome hardware complete the look in a sleek and functional way.
