The Furch Green D-SR: a solid wood Dreadnought showcasing rosewood and spruce at their best
Furch has been building guitars in the Czech Republic for decades with an obsessive attention to detail, and the Green series is proof of that. The Green D-SR is a no-compromise, all-solid Dreadnought: AA-grade Sitka Spruce top, AA-grade Indian Rosewood back and sides, and a full-pore satin finish that lets the wood do its work. Includes Hiscox hardcase.
Furch's Dreadnought body has a characteristic open, projected sound with solid bass and clear, articulate treble. The AA-grade Sitka Spruce top responds directly and dynamically, while the Indian Rosewood adds rich, complex overtones that truly set this guitar's tone apart. Whether you strum hard or fingerpick subtly, the Green D-SR always gives back more than you put in.
The African Mahogany neck with Ebony fretboard and Furch's familiar Soft-V profile plays comfortably and fast across the entire 650 mm scale length. The Ebony bridge with fully compensated TUSQ saddle and zero fret ensure excellent intonation and a low, even action across the entire neck. The full-pore satin finish on the top, back and sides gives the guitar a matte, organic look that matches the character of the instrument.
The Furch Green D-SR is a guitar you take seriously as soon as you pick it up, and won't want to put down.
